Recently I ordered an oximeter from Amazon India and right after the opening the package, it was only batteries with no pulse oximeter. I raised a complaint right after that and the CSR mentioned that it will a weeks time to investigate the matter and to provide a solution. (1/n)
Within a few days, I got a call from local amazon partner to share screenshots as well which I shared. And now, the CSR team says that they cannot provide refund or consider return/exchange and mentioned the product is delivered. (2/n) Amazon India
Nor they are sharing the reports or mentioning how they concluded the product is delivered in a right way. Basically calling a customer liar in a polite way and the nonstop "we cannot help you". So much for a customer based blah blah organization. (3/n) Amazon India
just because you keep mentioning that the product is delivered intact doesn't mean I received the product. your investigation is biased and your customer service is pathetic. I paid 3k for the same & got 10 rupees batteries. Amazon India
