Male violence against women and girls is the single most common human rights violation in the world. Supposedly egalitarian Western regimes reveal how much they truly value women's rights by their feeble response to an Afghan regime actively encouraging and enabling rape.

Imagine this headline about any other protected characteristic or oppressed group.
