With respect to re-opening, golf courses find out ~basically~ the same time as the public. No surprise but some government-side issues this week (Paid Sick Days, Vaccine rollout, Ford's isolation, etc.) are impacting pace-of-play - to borrow a golf phrase and apply it to politics

NEW: on re-opening Ontario - Peter Juni from Covid19 Science Advisory Table believes within next wk or so outdoor activities like golf & basketball can resume - he hopes schools will open before school year ends. As for restaurant patios - maybe by the end of June early July
