The rights we possess—the rights all children inherit at the age of majority—are nothing without the ability to read and write. We deprive ourselves that which we deny the innocents among us. Only by engaging and educating students can our rights endure. We have much to do.

To see teachers working together is to know the power of collaboration. The beneficiaries of collaboration are not only students, but also teachers themselves. Because every opportunity contains a lesson, which students should learn and teachers can learn from, knowledge thrives.

Intervention is the right word. Thanks to your work, and because of your work with students, we salute you. Teaching is not easy, given the need to engage and educate students. Your video shows the gifts you possess and the rewards you provide. You achieve results.

The gift of learning comes from the act of listening and doing. Teachers who invite parents to experience this gift are educators in the best sense of the word. Teachers who exude passion transform classrooms into places of creativity, knowledge, and fun. Teachers are leaders.
