THS sisters Jess and Florence have set themselves the challenge of running, walking and cycling 140 miles with their family and it’s all raising vital funds for Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. They have already clocked up 60 miles with bike rides, local hikes and indoor cycling in just over a week!

I have been thinking about winter, work and how to adapt for the coming months. For me early morning dog walks as a time to reflect are so important and real conversations with people! A long winter, but with some exciting work and time outside I hope it will be a good one!
