My wife is online with WOW air Support right now at London Stansted Airport After a 40 minute wait they got on with her and are REFUSING to get us another flight or help. They say it’s not their problem we have a special needs child and their window closed early. Please retweet.

I just got confirmation from another airline that since you wouldn’t allow us to check in via online because our child was special needs that is indeed discrimination. They have also given us contact info to push this further if needed. WOW air Support x.com/wowairsupport/…

Update: Since WOW air Support refused to help, we had to take a bus to a different airport and spend the night with our special needs child AT THE AIRPORT. We are now in Iceland for the next 12 hours waiting on another flight.
