Day 4 of home alone (family of 5 and 2 grand parents make 7 so I stayed at home). Painted my son’s bedroom to change from red and Lego stickers to (three coats later) dark gray.

Day 5 of home alone (family of 5 and 2 grand parents makes 7 so I stayed at home). Went to my parents in Lincoln for lunch, then finally finished Painting son’s bedroom. Then met with Jon for a few beers and put the world in order #beerhouses.

Day 6 of home alone (family of 5 plus 2 grand parents makes 7 so I stayed at home). Last day. Submitted first article from doctorate for publication (fingers crossed). Did some wet weeding at allotment and took dog for walk to Ely reservoir

Wet day, perfect for carving pumpkins from allotment with 7 year old.

Thank you for all the birthday wishes. Despite lockdown I had a really special day with my equally special family. Thank you team Stuart.

Littlest Stuart started selling our chicken eggs yesterday. She sold 4 boxes. This morning at 10am put 6 boxes of eggs in the cool box. All taken by 11 am but no honesty and no money left. Dishonesty in Market Harborough.

Well Dr Peter Stuart and I have made it to 19yrs married today, 3 kids, 4 cats, 2 dogs and a few chickens later 😂😂😂 still growing old disgracefully together. Party time next year !!!!

Took my Mum to see my 85 year old Dad in hospital. After he had been sitting in A&E triage with severe back pain for 32 hours he was moved to an admission ward and sat in a wheelchair for an hour until my mum and I arrived and put him into the bed. We where told this is normal.
