It was in the 08-09 and 13-14 seasons when Galatasaray last wore their traditional Perfect Halved football shirt design in the modern era. Manufactured by Adidas and Nike respectively.

Galatasaray’s first halved shirts were yellow & black from William Shillcock Sports Outfitter. Yellow & black was worn from late 1906 to late 1908.

Galatasaray’s yellow and red colours were established at Fatty Yanko’s shop in Bahçekapı, Istanbul. The materials were described as a cherry-like dark sweet red and a deep yellow with a hint of orange.
