You early birders should be able to book a ticket this weekend, thank you for taking the time to get in touch. Thanks too, to the clever people at Parmenion for wondering if free ice cream should be the order of the day. 🌞 Al.

Normally, IFA love to tweet “Hey, I’m on BBC Radio 4 MoneyBox Live at 1200.. check me out guys!”. We may imagine listeners will beat a path to our door. But, hey, I’m on BBC Radio 4 MoneyBox Live at 1200. I want you to listen but I don’t want to be your IFA. And here’s why.

Regulate paraplanning to stop next British Steel scandal, says IFA citywire.co.uk/new-model-advi… I confess I find the idea of broadening regulation terrifying. It would take Financial Conduct Authority years to define a paraplanner. Just make advisers responsible

IFA or actuary request please. Does anyone have a copy of the Hazell Carr ‘Pension Review Bible’ from 1994? Also, a copy of the 1994 “Pension Transfers and Opt Outs Review of Past Business Part I: Statement of Policy” by The Securities and Investments Board (SIB)?
