I’ve been a victim of a crime and subsequently had my identity stolen to which a substantial amount of money has gone from my account. TSB fraud and customer service team have been a nightmare. Stay away if you want piece of mind your money is safe when your phone gets stolen.

Finally after a 6 month battle with TSB. They have admitted liability to my money being stolen out of my account via Apple Pay. They tried everything possible to stop me having the money returned. Even fabricated a story that I was sill using the stolen device for transactions
