It's always frustrating to see trash piled up in Pittsburgh's Ohio River that you simply cannot access. Probably 50+ plastic bottles hiding underneath this overgrowth & protected by a downed tree/limb debris. A good reminder that a high % of litter will never be recovered. Ever.
