Stuck in LHR for 15 hour today. A bit annoyed that Aer Lingus didn’t book me on the first available but a flight 3 hours later.

Nice usage from our videos so far this month. 40,940 minutes, or 683 hours or 28 ½ days. These videos are on average 30 seconds long, so that’s impressive. So far 171 videos have been uploaded. 🚀

I always wonder about companies that consistently take multiple days to a week plus to respond to customer enquiries. How come you don't hire staff to deal with the load in the short term ? Are you just hoping that customers will give up and find a better alternative ?
