Siobhán Walsh Irish Farmers Journal FJ Tillage Machinery from the uk needs heaps of paper work, clean certs and customs checks etc and straw possibly full of blackgrass or resistant ryegrass which may be an even worse weed can just roll in freely is all wrong. No hope of avoiding the issue in the future.

This might actually restore my confidence in the triumph of science & logic over uninformed opinion & a backward looking view on agriculture 🤞#progress

The campaign to blame farmers for all our issues is getting tiring. Traveling Carlow and Kilkenny you can see changes been made to help protect waterways. Attacking one sector continuously is not going to help solve issues. Also I’ve seen foam in rivers for over 30 years here.
