Jacinta Allan is literally buying votes with Victorian taxpayer's money. The Victorian government are "sponsoring" Good Charlotte to play in Bendigo. Jacinta's seat is Bendigo East. Forget conflict of interest provisions, this doesn't pass the pub test in my opinion.
