Hoping the new gender bursary for apprenticeship employers is a game changer for workplaces and the ⁦Apprenticeship Irl⁩ system. We have 1,500 women apprentices out of a population of 24,000. The pace of change is accelerating, & no time to lose! #GenerationApprenticeship

We need to make our apprenticeship system more inclusive and address the major gender imbalance. As part of Action Plan on Apprenticeships, I am now introducing a bursary for employers who help us rectify this. More details here
