In 2020, at the end of his final year at Pitt, Damar Hamlin organized a toy drive for kids in his hometown of McKees Rocks, Pa. This is the young man who went down on the field tonight in Cincinnati. He is a man; not a number on a jersey. Prayers for Damar.

Damar Hamlin showed us that even in our growingly divided world we are capable of uniting in prayer regardless of race, religion or creed.

If it wasn’t for the video leaks to the press the Texas Ranger at the Uvalde shooting never would have been held accountable!

As a former prosecutor in Uvalde I knew immediately there was police misconduct and a cover up. I asked in a viral tweet for the press to step up their game. @ShimonPro listened. Thank you, Shimon! You have my deep respect.
