I'm extremely disappointed that 7 of my fellow Councilors voted down a resolution Monday that would've been a 1st step to lead the Tri-Cities towards at least 1 possible temp. solution for our unhoused neighbors. As Megan Fernandes (Schuller) explains, there remains nowhere for them to go:
