Damian Hinds will you please intervene on your constituents behalf. Two senior ladies have been badly let down by Thomas Cook and need support as a matter of urgency.

Thomas Cook Cares this is NOT very good customer care! The ladies are 70 and 80 and seeing that it is a "clerical error" they should be treated fairly!

Thomas Cook this is very poor customer service especially for older ladies. You’ve admitted it’s your mistake. Do the right thing by them.
