Meditation is wonderful. Yoga is a joy. Pramayama can help you adjust the body {your user interface for the human experience}. If you think any of these practices will lead to the promised land of "enlightenment" you've been sold a bill of goods. Modern Day snake oil.

As an Awakening Facilitator, I help you see beyond illusion until the truth is revealed. The toughest is the illusion of Free Will. Sam Harris's most recent Making Sense Podcast cuts through the fog like a laser beam. I sense my dharma just got so much easier. Thanks, Sam!

I have never cared for the word Enlightenment as it seems to create the image of a life filled with one long orgasm. I heard an interview with Byron Katie where she said, "it is one who has seen the source of suffering". That works!
