#OUR students took a stroll down Olympic Boulevard today to admire the record-breaking mural, #Etnias (Ethnicities). Covering the side of an abandoned warehouse, the massive mural stands at 51 feet tall and 560 feet wide.

We all survived Carnival and are continuing to explore Rio! Thank you Museu de Favela for giving us the chance to learn more about the city and the people. The past couple of weeks are some to remember.

Some of the OUR students had a great time watching the Flamengo Fluminense game at the Maracaña stadium!

OUR student Kassy Briggs played the role of a patient as an intern at the Laboratory of Mechanical Vibrations and Integrative Practices. “This gave me a better understanding of the depth of hard work that they put into helping the science community,” expressed Kassy.

Chase Bryer and Mia Mukes enjoyed touring PUC-Rio campus as a component of their internship at Olabi. While there, they visited the Developer Academy’s Software Engineering Lab, a state-of-the-art multidisciplinary laboratory created in collaboration with Apple.
