Reception @ St James' Y1@St James’ and Year 2 @ St James' went to church today to consolidate their learning about Baptism. Father Philip reminded us about the words spoken and the signs and symbols used during a Baptism: sign of the cross, water, oil of chrism, candle, and white garment. OSJ_RE

Today, we completed our beautiful lanterns, decorated with our favourite phrases from Isaiah’s prophecy about Jesus. In Collective Worship, we responded to the scripture by placing our lanterns on a tree and created a beautiful display for our current R.E. topic. OSJ_RE
