Happy Birthday to Servaclean 35 today!

We appear to have no phone lines or broadband at the moment. BT are working on it, but seeing as their engineer at the end of the drive probably caused it in the first place... If you phone, it is diverting ok but bear with us as we can only answer one call at a time.

Anyone have any idea how much compensation BT Business pay out if their guaranteed 5hr fix doesn't happen? Or will they blame Openreach, who's engineer is 99.9% certain to have accidentally unplugged us in the first place?
