BREAKING: Tracy Brabin WY 🌹 decides to franchise buses in West Yorkhshire and end decades of deregulation and decline. Leeds Labour Group councillors voted to ask for this in our council meeting in November and with one of our bus companies the country's worst we need this change!

Fantastic news and yet more evidence of the difference that having #Labour representation makes. The need for greater local control and accountability is urgent and Tracy Brabin, Mayor of West Yorkshire has listened to the needs of residents in our communities and shown leadership.

Our latest street surgery was on Swincar Avenue and Queensway. We also called in on the Youth Service van on Westfield Retail Park and heard about the work being done with young people. This includes Guiseley Games Group, which runs from 4-5.30pm on Mondays in the library.
