Main clinical take homes: 👉Monocytic AML: enriched for RAS mut. (known), but also NPM1 mut. 👉~40% of monocytic AML cases were RAS wt. 👉 Important to consider genetics and phenotype with VEN tx. 👉Monocytic AML influenced survival dependent on underlying genetic context.

Bulk RNAseq de-convolution demonstrated other genetic combinations associated with monocytic bias, and scDNA+protein analysis provided further clarity on genotype/phenotype relationships for a few select cases (in agreement with published data).
