This year NTNU’s iGEM team has chosen to tackle the problem of hydrogen sulfide (H2S) in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS). We want to develop a biosensor that can detect low concentrations of H2S that are toxic to fish, to limit fish death in the aquaculture industry.
