Horse abuse on the Devon and Somerset Staghounds "road hunt" yesterday. 3 hours of cantering on tarmac as the terrified stag ran an estimated 12 miles. 1 horse fell over. Riders quickly fell behind and it was up to quads and vehicle followers to track the stag and hounds. Madness

08.04.24 Quantock Staghounds 1/2 One of these stags was singled-out and chased for over 2 hours. With North Dorset Hunt Saboteurs @wlguardian & 3C hunt sabs we managed to make life difficult for the hunt all day and the stag managed to escape. No kills today. Full report to follow.
