And so it begins! 18lbs of pork shoulder on smoker! I’ll have 6 lbs of smoked sausage to rotate in throughout the day as well as a pan of smoked queso at some point! Going to be about a 10 hour smoke day! Should be fun!

Been a good day of smoking foods! Pork shoulder is wrapped and finishing off and queso is on. All the sausages are done and sliced. Can’t wait to eat!

Big shout out to Elijah's Xtreme for the wonderful hot sauce and bbq sauce order came in today and had to try it! I’m always one to try the hottest thing a restaurant offers usually and I will say the regret reserve was very well done very spicy but still good flavor!
