Side note: MTN South Africa kept sending me in circles, blaming their insurance service, Admyntec. How do you offer a service but not step in when YOUR customers have issues? Admyntec is literally the worst. Check their online reviews; you'd be horrified. [Part 3] #MTNRefundDelay
So, I followed up with Admyntec because MTN South Africa said they were the problem and they need to refund me. I even managed to reach a manager, Bronwyn, which is rare in these cases. She made many promises but eventually started ignoring my calls. Imagine that. [Part 4] #MTNRefundDelay

Surprise! MTN South Africa's system isn't up to date. It's missing my last payment, despite it being on my bank statement, which I just sent them. I don't owe them money, but they owe me insurance credit and are avoiding their responsibility.#MTNdobetter
