Tell me why I'm sitting and suddenly feel extremely hot, then when I stand up and start walking, I immediately feel like I'm freezing. Don't actually tell me why. I already know it's because of my stupid chronic illness. It's just really getting to me lately.

People wonder why I don't really drink anymore. I feel like I'm hungover almost every day of my life. Like 90% of the time, my baseline is nausea, headache, muscle weakness, tremors, etc. Why would I add alcohol to that equation?

Whenever someone says "I can't shower/brush my teeth on a regular basis," or u see pics of disorganized/dirty houses, some mf always hops in with "HoW cAn AnYoNe LiVe LiKe ThAt?" Well, congratulations on your mental and physical health -- try not to take that for granted.

I genuinely don't know which is more uncomfortable for me- When ppl don't fucking understand/care what it's like to live with long covid, or when ppl give me expressions of pity after I explain even a tiny sliver of what I'm going thru.

Been feeling some type of way. I painted this yesterday with Adobe Fresco while suffering thru a migraine and watching Matthew play Red Dead Redemption. My stomach still feels unstable, and my whole body still hurts, but that's my normal these days. 🙃
