Roasted cauliflower (including leaves) + pepper with cinnamon + lemon, topped with tahini sauce with mint, parsley, lemon + garlic. With a boiled egg + sumac, mejadra (just lentils + no rice) spiced with turmeric, cinnamon + cumin topped with crispy onions.

What an inspiring story from the epic Life Changing BBC Radio 4 @janegarvey1 podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/lif… It made me think about what my mum must have gone through when she was diagnosed with M.S. Feeling scared, learning to adapt to a different life & having her family become carers.
