New Green Woodpecker nest found on my lunch break. Some nice Fresh (wet) chips at base of tree & Fresh hole in a tree with old Green WP holes. A 2nd potential nest found nearby too which was nice with calm by Green WP on edge of wood LesserSpot Network . #Britishwoodpeckers

A very thirsty Stock dove seen today while at work in customers garden,at Ashby street ,norwich ( closest I’ve personally had one in city centre ) - I filled a bowl with water and it quickly came down & drunk. Soon flew off to new by trees. James Emerson #NorwichBirds

Bit of birding while working today- nice bird box full of Blue tit young (and parent ), then found a new active Great Spotted Woodpecker nest , finished off the day with a singing Bullfinch ( my favourite British bird)which I watched feed !👌#NorwichBirds #BirdingWhileWorking
