Evx is a high school student graduating next year. He is very busy with school work and applying colleges now. All of us are all in different situations in our life. Brutally force other to do scrims is very inconsiderate. The team’s chemistry is broken. Keep your heads up, EVX!

We are all different people, some thinks the more warmup, the better. As a coach for many years, this is not totally true. With a good warmup, yet when you comes to reality, you might be unable to adjust to the big gap. A moderate warmup, and gradually reach the peak works well.
