It’s so demoralising to be coming to the end of 15 years of training to get to consultant jobs, only to be working in an NHS where all the trusts around you are having hiring freezes and closing services down. What a wonderful job Labour are making of the NHS.

Can we just reflect how messed up the world is when large swathes of the Right in America are celebrating a white woman verbally abuse a 5 year old child of colour (reportedly autistic), calling him the N word. That’s where we’ve got to now. It’s only down from here.
