🧵Just in the past 2 weeks, we have had 3 clients & survivors of domestic abuse, who were unable to receive their BRPs because either a) the HO posted the BRP to an old address despite properly updating the HO of the new address 1/2

or b) because the HO posted the BRPs (signed for documents) to a PO Box. This has happened on numerous occasions & almost every time has caused additional & very much unnecessary further delays to our clients being able to exercise their rights. 👇

Home Office Can you please add a section in online immigration applications clearly asking where one’s BRP should be delivered to possibly avoid in the future similar incidents of repeatedly trying to deliver signed for documents to PO Boxes?
