We bought two 1000 piece puzzles — spectacular artsy maps of the U.S. and San Francisco. One was missing a piece. I emailed #CavalliniPaper who promptly sent a new piece. It arrived today tucked in a beautiful Cavallini art card w/handwritten personal msg. #gracious #puzzles

Wow! Super impressed with Southwest Airlines My flight was weather delayed out of DCA so I missed a connection at BNA. #Southwest rebooked me and the truly impressive thing was that my checked bag and I made it home at the same time despite two itinerary changes. Thank you!!!

Super annoyed with Cazador de Funko Pop! because they sent a 11/29 FunkoPop order for our daughter and son-in-law to SAN DIEGO! Arrived 12/10. 10 days until Christmas rn. We aren’t the only ones whose order was wrong b/c we got “Rudy’s” order and have no idea who that is. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Update. The OG order never got to us, but they refunded our $. Re-ordered the same pair for DD and SIL on 12/20 with no expectation that it would arrive by Christmas. Were we wrong! It arrived today before 11:00AM. Thanks, FunkoPop. You’re alright!

I’ve been on 7 flights in the past two weeks. What’s up with the movies, Southwest Airlines? They’re not accessible. Did you guys forget to pay your Netflix bill? Tv choices are ::yawn::

I ♥️ #HolidayInnExpress in Yuba City/Marysville. IHG These guys do it right! Went to stay on Valentine’s Day night for a consulting job the next day. Was missing my husband :-(. They gave me daisies and a rose with a lovely card- Flowers still look beautiful today.

For any travel, my go-to was always #Southwest. Since they are getting rid of everything I thought made them better than the other guys, I decided since I’m paying more regardless, I DL‘d a couple of other airlines’ apps. I booked with #AmericanAirlines.

Bought appliance Target online. Price same as Amazon after Tgt gift card. Target =free delivery via @Fedex within two days. No. Pkg *might* come on DAY 6! Wtf? FedEx 2x delayed @ 500 mile trip.Once is bad but 2x?!? I could’ve driven there and back. FedEx is bad for ur brand.

Good news! FedEx Help got that package to us on Saturday. It was late, and we did have to adjust some plans to receive it but I do appreciate that it got to us sooner rather than later.
