I am getting the worst service ever from Webafrica a week of no services but yet I am charged? Rude and unprofessional agents who have been transferring me all week without providing me a solution for my issue
Non of Webafrica agents know exactly what's happening with my services, I have pleaded with them multiple times to get my services up yet nothing and non of them actually taking accountability for their actions
I work from home but now I have to go to the office because Webafrica decided to shut down my services and overbill me because they chose not to debit my account,I still went online and paid them an extra amount of money and it's all their fault
