Just started tracking my time using Rize. Not just work. Everything. Turns out I’m not “too busy.” I’m just leaking focus in ways I never noticed. Time tracking isn’t about guilt. It’s about clarity. This might be the start of real self-mastery. Let’s see where it goes.
