Leadership isn't always convenient, but it's always worth it. Don't be the obstacle that is holding your people back. Be the catalyst that is launching them forward to who they are capable of being.

One of life's toughest questions is, "What can I do to improve who and what I am?" One of life's toughest tasks is acting on the answers.

We can either become victims of our circumstances & ambition or change our vantage point. Gratitude is a daily disposition that provides us with a lens to see the gift in every opportunity & obstacle. No matter what season of life we are in it’s still a choice to be grateful

You can't just want to become a leader worth following, you have to decide to become one. Decisions lead to action.

Greatness isn't just about talent, it's about character. Character is the currency of influence.

Great leaders don't just show the way, they tell the why behind the way. Multiply your leadership intentionally

You like yourself better when you help others But the astonishing thing is that you also tend to like others better. It is something of a gift when people allow you to help them. You appreciate the givers of this gift. When you help others, realize that they are giving you a gift

Leaders believe in people, even when (especially when) it's difficult. Be a dealer of hope

A leader who talks about communication but doesn't let other ideas win creates a culture where people aren't connected.

A leader who talks about no ego yet has never apologized will create a culture where trust is lacking.
