the feature that took 2 weeks to build got used by 3 people the feature that took 2 hours to build became the main use case you cannot predict what users actually want you can only ship fast enough to find out build the MVP watch what people actually do build more of that

If your side project takes more than 3 clicks to explain, you don't have a positioning problem. You have a clarity problem. Build clarity first. Features second.

Patience is harder than coding. I can ship an MVP in 2 weeks, but waiting 3 months to see if people care? That's the real test. Most builders (including me) quit right before it works.
