The love and respect between athletes and coaches has been salient in March Madness this season, and as a coach of folx in their formative years, to have this level of impact on your players has to be the ultimate sign that you're doing something right. πŸ‘πŸ» πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

This is suuuuch a cool story. Rob Mac and Ryan Reynolds navigated a challenging situation involving so many variables with pure class and have clearly bought in emotionally. πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ». Get in, Wrexham AFC!!!

I've had 3 people in my life that I consider mentors: My dad, my Master's/PhD supervisor, Kent, and my postdoctoral supervisor, Mark Beauchamp. They have guided me in various ways, each with unique strengths/insights. I hope I can be to others some day what they have been to me.

Sure, accolades and letters behind your name are cool, but have you ever had students from your Research Methods class tell you that you changed their lives for the better? Thanks, Langara College, it's been short, intense, and possibly the most rewarding experience of my life.

I'm far from a fountain of knowledge, but one thing I'd recommend to anyone on the fence about moving to a new city/province/country is to take that plunge. It's undeniably a difficult decision/process, but in the end, it's amazing to live in different parts of the world.
