Last month my snacking was a minimum TWICE A DAY!!! I filled a med bin bag with the refused!! My weight was 64kg!!! 22 days of non-snacking sugar - gluten - dairy free!!! I’ve lost 5.2kg!! Lower my BMI and FAT % And am quite energised!! MADNESS!!!
