Cancelling Duolingo. The longest iOS app subscription I have ever held (4+ years) and it was the only app I used to go from zero to fluent in Portuguese and conversational in Spanish (it works). But I needed something to level up my fluency level from intermediate to advanced.

Does it even make sense to do competitor research when analyzing the viability of a new product anymore? Everything is going to be cloned, copied, flipped, remixed to the nth degree at an increasing rate of velocity. Good design will win.
