Had an appointment Benihana at 8:15 and it’s 9:22 now.............

Ordered tacos from DoorDash at 6:30 pm and 3 hrs later they cancel my order. Now all restaurants are closed and there is no support line we can connect with... I know we are in the middle of Covid but basic customer service is a bare minimum 😡

I've been a @verizon customer for 10+ years and am beyond disappointed in their sales/service teams. Always trying to upset and never putting the customer first. That is not a way to be a premium carrier.
