if I’ve learned one thing during college so far it’s that no one will act when a fire alarm goes off. mine has randomly gone off twice now and both times we all just kinda stood in the hall like “uhhh that’s annoying what now?”

reminder that you don’t know how much each person needs individually so maybe don’t judge people for eating how they want. if you’re not a doctor or nutritionist your opinion isn’t necessary thanks

My friend just is missing. He was last seen in the Austin, Texas area. He goes to school at UT and is originally from Wichita,KS. I last spoke to him Saturday and this is very unlike him. Please spread this and contact me if you know anything at all. Let’s bring Justin home safe!

Holidays for people who struggle with food or body image are tough. If this is you, it’s okay. You got this and you’ll be okay. One week won’t affect you in the long run so eat the food, have fun, and be safe.

Eating disorders have the highest mortality rates among psychiatric disorders. Of those who survive, only 50% recover, 30% improve and 20% remain chronically ill. We still do not know how to talk about EDs, and most don't understand them. I really hope that can change.
