Agree 100%, even though we may not see it, every single ambitious mission ISRO had approved. And as Somananth sir used to say, ISRO often is unable to uttilise the budget fully. Rather than increased budget, we have to demand increased transperency & PR

Group Captain Shukla is not just the 2nd Indian in Space he'll also be the 1st Indian on the ISS, & the only one for quite some time. Really hoping the next Indian on the ISS will launch on a HLVM3 (Highly unlikeley as ISS will probably retire before HLVM3 is docking capable)
