I have successfully gone 3 weeks without buying another CW key 😎

No new keys lately, but have picked up various items to try some different antennas 😎

20 years ago was one the worst days in my life, hurricane Katrina destroyed the MS coast. My dad did not want to leave, and I wouldn't leave him behind. Being stubborn almost cost both of our lives. Certainly a day I never want to relive again....

Wet day here in EM60, but perfectly ok with doing antenna work in the rain with 82F temp instead of 95+ and sun beating on me 🤣

Woke up to start a new 3D print, so tossed a CQ out on 20M CW to check the RBN spots. Ended up working SKCC member VK2DVA for the first time!

2 hour print vs 7.5 hour print 😎 It's funny, during long prints I keep thinking "wish I had a second printer" 🤣

Didn't spend as much time as I would have liked in the SKCC WES this weekend, but still managed 119 QSOs, many newer ops! Used the Lionel J36 for this one.

Played around in the NAQCC Sprint this evening, forgot to charge the 705 up, so turned the 101D down to 5w. Managed to squeeze out 30 QSO's, unfortunately missed a few stations that I couldn't quite copy.

6M starting to wake up towards South America this afternoon, hoping for a repeat of yesterday 😎
