Our second speaker, Rukayat Lawal is a seasoned registered dietitian-nutritionist. She is currently the founder of a nutrition servicing company, Ask A Nutritionist Consultancy (AANC), where she uses evidence-based techniques to provide medical nutrition therapy for people.
