I hope you are still young. If you are, you will get to know who we all are. While positions put us to extreme tests, time is the ultimate litmus test for all of us. Let's all keep watching. We will witness who falls & who remains standing. Alluta

It was a hard-fought, well-earned medal. And while you might, in the moment, feel disappointed at not defending your title, your work ethic, determination and discipline guarantee that more is yet to come. You represented your country well and we are grateful. Congratulations!

I hope he went beyond that and proposed how it could be fixed. Things get broken all the time & they are fixed if they are considered worth fixing.

Mugisha Muntu (@mugishamuntu) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Even if we the opposition are broken, the question is, is the Country worth fixing ? If so, it has to be fixed. Propose ways of fixing it. Getting frustrated is never an option. Nor is giving up.And it certainly isn't beyond repair. Getting fixed it will, come rain, come shine.

Mugisha Muntu (@mugishamuntu) 's Twitter Profile Photo

What frightens me is not the brokenness of the country ( for that can be fixed) but the loss of hope in those who should fix it.

Mugisha Muntu (@mugishamuntu) 's Twitter Profile Photo

" this country is beyond repair. " ... " I do not see any ray of hope"... " the rot... cannot be undone" ... "this is certainly our destiny. " . I hope that thought pattern does not spill into other areas of your life. It can stunt you so badly. I pray you work on it. Please.

Truth be told, no one can care for drs & health care workers unless in the first place he/she cares for the people's health. What is amazing though is that a significant number of doctors subscribe to the NRM ( about 50 doctors vied for MPship in the NRM primaries). How ironic.

Such a lame excuse. 90 % plus of people in Kyankwanzi & subsequently in parliament who amended the term limit provision in the constitution never went to the bush. Even now 90% plus of MPs are not part of 1986. Do not blame the spinelessness of some people on us. Do your part.

There are a number of fine men & women in the medical fraternity. I fully recognize that & salute them. Unfortunately, those who are active in politics tend to be supportive of the status quo. One hopes there will be a shift in favor of sanity at some point.

You seem not to have followed closely the struggle of the teachers. Unfortunately, they have now been thrown into a state of internal strife. The good news is that everything had an end. Let us keep organizing for a better future. Gen Museveni hit his ceiling a while back.

Mugisha Muntu (@mugishamuntu) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Yes. I indicated that. On balance, a much larger number of those who are active are supportive of the status quo. That's what needs to be shifted in favor of becoming positive change agents. To become like the few who already are. It would be good for the future we desire to have

David, I never lament. I act on what I believe in, applying methods I trust, whether we are many or few. In short I pursue what I believe in & not necessarily what the many may follow at the time. You will perhaps understand that, at the time it becomes self evident again.

Is this young man UPDF, civil intel, police officer or a civilian with a licensed weapon? Am wondering. If he belongs to any disciplined force I suppose we will have to wait to see what nature of action his superior command will take. It will show if it his or an org problem.

Are these real doctors or is it a group dressed up & presented as doctors to deceive the public? If they are real, it seems every time you think we have hit rock bottom something new happens to indicate otherwise. It seems what is happening is beyond the realm of the natural.

Electing a LOP in a stable democratic system, with stable parties does not have a problem. It would be a just an issue of choice. However, doing so in a non democratic environment like we have, is a sure recipe for disaster for the opposition parties ( more so the leading one).

The biggest challenge we face as a nation right now is not health, education, infrastructure or the economy. It is that the ABNORMAL has become NORMALISED. Whatever has been achieved is therefore standing on shaky ground as long as that state is not reversed. Quite frightening.

Abubakari. You seem to simply have no clue. With the passage of time, I suspect you will get to know what you are certainly not aware of today. Best regards.

The downward spiral of recklessness & lawlessness sadly continues. This is to wish you, Hon Robert Kyagulanyi, a quick recovery. Maintaining hope in such testing situations for sure is tough. However, no situation is permanent. Remain steadfast.
