Not the start we were looking for as Germantown was able to capatilze on a counterattack to give them an early 1-0 advantage

With the first half in the books we find ourselves down 0-1. We’ve had chances to tie it up but we were unable to find the equalizer

Goal!! Gilbertson hits the post but the rebound is picked by Benayache at the top of the box and he curls it in!

Germantown responds and reclaims the lead, down 1:2

In a matter of minutes both teams draw PK’s. Wiedabach converts our PK to tie the game up. Then Germantown grabs the lead again as they convert theirs.

Final whistle blows and we fall short 2:3. Proud of the effort we put in today but it wasn’t enough. Congratulations to Germantown SC and good luck in the finals

One of our favorite weekends of the year! We will be participating in the U.S. National Donauschwaben Soccer Tournament. Our first match is set for 11 against Carpathia FC

We finish the day 2-1 after a 1-0 win over Mansfield Liederkranz SC and a 3-0 win against Akron. Two big matches tomorrow against United German Hungarians and Cleveland Concordia
