Things we change every 10 yrs in hopes it will fix things: Reading Curriculum Things we never change: -Teacher pay -Teacher retention -Equitable funding -Ensuring schools have enough strong tier 2 and 3 staff -etc…etc…etc.. Best we look at the entire picture this time.
